Welcome to Hitman Fashion. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, WhatsApp communication, order placements, and other services provided by Hitman Fashion.

By accessing or interacting with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Business Nature

  • Hitman Fashion is a wholesale-only manufacturer and supplier of shirts, T-shirts, and lowers.

  • We do not deal in retail. All orders are intended for shopkeepers, resellers, or bulk buyers.

2. Order & Payment Policy

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing (via WhatsApp or website).

  • Advance payment is required before dispatch unless credit terms are pre-approved.

  • Modes of payment: Bank transfer, UPI, or any method mutually agreed upon.

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified without approval.

3. Pricing

  • All prices listed are wholesale prices, exclusive of taxes and shipping charges unless otherwise mentioned.

  • Prices may change without prior notice depending on raw material costs or market conditions.

4. Dispatch & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • We dispatch through third-party courier services like Delhivery, DTDC, or as requested by the buyer.

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. However, we will support the buyer in lodging claims with the courier company if needed.

  • Parcels are shipped at the buyer’s risk unless insured by the buyer.

5. Return & Exchange

  • Being a wholesale business, we generally do not accept returns.

  • However, any manufacturing defect or wrong item sent will be reviewed and replaced or adjusted after proper verification.

  • Buyer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and parcel opening video.

6. Product Information

  • Product photos shown in catalogues or WhatsApp groups are for reference only.

  • Slight variation in color, design, or size may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.

  • Stitching margin and slight size variation (within 1 inch) is standard for wholesale garments.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, logos, and content shared by Hitman Fashion are the intellectual property of Hitman Fashion.

  • Copying, reselling under our name, or unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Hitman Fashion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages arising from delays, errors, or misuse of products.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

9. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat courts only.
